Shipping & Return

SHIPPING

We generally process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. If the orders placed on Friday,Saturday,and Sunday, we will ship the next business week. What's more,during peak and holiday season it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship out your order.

Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items.

 

For shipping,We ship to all locations in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. And a tracking number is provided with orders where applicable.No Rush Nail Mail orders are sent via DHL eCommerce or Fedex SmartPost. For the delivering, DHL and FedEx are responsible for the first leg of transit. Final delivery will be made by your local post office. Once packages have been transferred to USPS, tracking numbers can then be copied and pasted onto USPS.com.

It should be noted that we use FedEx and USPS, only able to fulfill/ship orders to countries covered by either FedEx or USPS.

 

RETURN POLICY

WEWEER offers complimentary shipping for any item that you'd like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest FedEx and USPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return.

Kindly note that WEWEER does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved and customised pieces.

RELATED ISSUES

I just placed an order and would like to change it. How do I do that?

Please reach out to [email protected] as soon as you can. If it's possible, we may be able to make a change to your order. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

I received my order and it was damaged in the mail!

Please take a photo of the damaged jewelry and send it to us. We will try our hardest to send you a replacement or we can issue you a gift card if the jewelry is out of stock.
